A-1 replied to my earlier "They Flay Out Lied" review by playing dumb and saying they have no record of me. Well, I cancelled because they couldn't deliver as promised, so maybe they destroyed the record--I have no idea really, but I'd just like to confirm that YES.. YES I AM 100% SURE I HAVE THE RIGHT COMPANY! A-1 Auto Transport was an awful experience for me and YES it is the exact same A-1 Auto Transport I dealt with because when I click the link to their web site it brings me to the exact same A-1 Auto Transport that I tried to use but then had to cancel.

You don't have to take my word for it though.. just look at all the terrible reviews they get. They are the bottom of the barrel as far as the companies on this web site that have 20+ reviews.

The salesperson told me that they might not be able to pick up the car on the exact date, but that they would pick it up within 2 -3 days of the date. Their web site also says that if the schedule changes that they will contact you.

Well, I called them on the day they were supposed to pick up the car and their story was TOTALLY different and instead of being pleasant to speak to they were suddenly very hard to work with. I found out that no truck had even been dispatched yet and when I asked them for an updated window on when they would pick up the car they would not give me one and said they couldn't guarantee me anything. They also NEVER called me to inform me of this and it has totally ruined the plans I made around this (I live far away from where the car is and it may very well cost me a $300 plane ticket. At the very least it will cost me more to find someone who will guarantee a fast pickup now since the car ABSOLUTELY has to leave soon).

They flat out lied to me in the begining about how this service would be handled and it has caused me many headaches. At least they are supposedly cancelling and refunding me the money without any problems but I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for the credit to appear on my next credit card statement either. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, experience. DON'T do it! DON'T use them EVER!
