DO NOT USE A-1 AUTO TRANSPORT

Simply put, A-1 is a fraudulant company which misleads its customers about delivery times. I was assured a 14-17 day travel time for shipping a car from VA to CA. It is now 18 days LATE (ie, earliest my car would arrive is 32 days from scheduled pickup).

Customer service is terrible (and usually ignore your phone calls and emails), drivers are not reachable and never on time. The whole operation is run poorly, and customer service continues to give misleading times for delivery.

In short, DO NOT use A-1. They already have over 120 complaints registered with the BBB! You will truly be sorry, believe me.
