My overall experience with a1 auto was positive. Here are some specifics.

Sales - good followup from my internet inquiry. Always available when I needed info/clarification on the proposal. Things got a little confusing on the final agreed price for the move since I had quotes that were a bit lower from an earlier call with your sales group, but after talking thru things, everything was agreed without a lot of hassle.

Customer service - again, very responsive and professional. All my questions were answered and when there were delays on the delivery of my vehicle, the sales group got involved to move things along. The online tracking service is a very good tool. I used it frequently and it made it easy for me to follow progress without having to bug A-1 customer service.
