AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NO REFUND

I hired A1 Shipping services in the beginning of Dec. 2005 to move my 1955 HotRod to Florida. They were fast at taking my $200.00 deposit. After taking my deposit, I never heard from them again. They never contacted me for anything else. I would call & get the same LIES "You are on schedule" "We have a carrier looking at your files now" No one ever came for my car. After a month of hearing the run around, I canceled. I asked for my $200.00 refundable deposit, it took 2 months to get it. When I cashed the check it was RETURNED TO ME. IT BOUNCED! Here it is almost 4 months after I hired them & I still do not have my deposit. I keep calling only to get a machine which no one returns calls anyway. Their customer service is so poor! There is no customer service. Looks like they need the $200.00 more than I do. I filed a complaint with the Better Buisness Burea because I do not want anyone to go through what I went through. This company is horrible! I do nOt have one nice thing to say about them. The only good thing is that I have the bounced check & can go legal. Which I plan on doing. This company just gives LIES after lies! Do not fall for them! I hired a professional company & I had my car here in exactly one week from my first call!!!! The positive feedback on here is probably from them!!! I can't see anyone having a good experience here!!!
