good overall. The first available pickup date is the last day I provided. It's a bit frustrated waiting for A1A to confirm when my car can be picked up. I finally got confirm on the pick up time on the last day half hour before they come to pick it up. The customer service is very friendly, but they push very hard for people to do the review, which make me a bit uncomfortable. But, overall, I would recommend this company.
