A1A was 1 of only 6 companies that made a contact call back instead of just e-mail, when i called back they answered promptly and are courteous. they explained what is included in the price and how it is to be payed. the driver contacted my parents where the car was and set a meeting place to load the car due to trucks not allowed in the neighborhood. the driver was polite and helpful. he was running a little late, picked up car about 4 p.m.on Thursday and was not expected to deliver car until Saturday. he arrived at my house at 7:30 a.m. the following morning. he was polite, i told him that i had to go to the bank to get the money, because i was not expecting him until Saturday. he said that was fine and did not mind waiting. when i returned from the bank he thanked me for the business and for the info I gave him to help load the car due to neighborhood restrictions.
