We absolutely DO NOT charge your credit card until we have a confirmed time schedule. You called us numerous times insisting on an expediting pickup, which we located for you. We left you a VM with the time schedule and by the time you finally got back to us that spot was booked. We assured you we would find another carrier for you. Your refund was processed and no one ever lied to you about any part of the process. You insisted on doing things your way which caused your vehicle not to be picked up. We were even willing to adjust your price for the increase in cost due to expedited shipping. We would like to refer you to our website's FAQ sections so you can better understand how the Auto Shipping process works.
