David was clearly explained that in order for us to work on an order we require a credit card on file. We also assured him that nothing would be charged to you until we had a confirmed time schedule for you. He asked to do something that is not in our policy. We asked David to demonstrate where in our advertisement it stated that a credit card is not required. As an attorney it doesn't seem David is well versed in reading our FAQ's which lists the entire process from beginning to end. Furthermore we tried to call David back several times to try to accommodate his request during which times he didn't want to hear any explanation and was determined to leave us a negative review.
