Beware, they are not BBB registered, issue NO refunds on depositors no matter how far in advance you cancel, and are NOT available during the hours during which their website/emails say they are.
After receiving a call/e-mail and lowest price from Paul, I placed my order for car shipping services on Thursday April 17 for a ship date one week later. I was told to fill out an e-mailed form and e-mail/fax it back in. I did so that same day and followed up the next day to see if everything was in order.
Thankfully I followed up because apparently they could not open my e-mail attachement. So I both re-sent via e-mail and faxed to which receipt was confirmed. I also gave my card # to fund the $199 deposit over the phone. That's where the customer services stopped.
They claim to have operating hours over the weekend. I e-mailed twice and called multiple times, and left a voice mail. I did not receive a call back. Monday April 20 came and I called/left a voice mail and e-mailed again. Did not receive a call back.
Since my ship date was within 3 days, I was getting antsy, having not heard back from these clowns. So I went with New Way Auto transport who were much more proactive with communication.
Late in the day on Monday April 20 I finally got through over the phone and spoke to Lisa. I told her I needed to cancel my order and confirm refund of my deposit. She explained that they do not give refunds for orders they started to work on.
Well, how was I to know they started to work on my close-in order when I made many attempts to reach them? When I told her I attempted to contact them over the past weekend, she explained that no one was in. I told her that their e-mail and website explicitly state weekend operating hours on both Saturday and Sunday, and that I called several times during those windows. She simply replied back that "no one was in over the weekend". Stupid.
I told her I would be disputing the $199 deposit charge with my credit card company.
Avoid these con-artists at all costs.
