I got a quote online in May to prepare for my move from Tx to Cali of $800. It was the cheapest quote I had found. When I called in June to book my reservations, they told me that the quote went up to $819 (which I agreed to). They kept on bugging me to sign the contract & to get my depost of $175 to book. So I finally did. They told me that if I ever needed anything to call customer service & they would be more than happy to help me. When I realized that the 5 day window that I had originally chose wasn't going to work, I called & left voice mails but no one would return any of my calls. I kept calling & calling & finally got through to speak to "Niel". I tried to be nice the 1st day I spoke to him to see if he would not work with me about changing my dates. He refused. He was the rudest guy I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He said that I'd have to put down another deposit of $175 if I wanted to change the date & that I would lose this $175. The next day I called & spoke to "Niel" again. He was the most disrespectful & dishonest person I have ever deal with. I told him that there was nothing on the contract that states that I couldn't change my pick up dates. He then told me that he wasn't going to find another driver for me for free although they already took $175 from me. I told him I would call my bank & have the charge reversed & he threatened that he would charge my card $175 three more times if he wanted to. He also told me that I was going to lose & that he was going to win. DO NOT USE THIS company. My quote somehow ended up at $857 from the original $800 that they had quoted me. I am in the process of filing a complaint about them to the BBB.
