Made contract with AAA Auto Movers in Parsippany, NJ. on June 1, 2006. Made a deposit of $175.00 via credit card. They (Kristin Thom) stated that vehicle was to be picked up in 5 to 8 days and I would be contacted. Within minutes of my faxed contract to AAA a phone call was made to the seller stating we are here to pick up the vehicle. I was never contacted and AAA never verified that the call was placed to the correct seller. AAA cancelled my contract and wanted $175.00 more for another contract. I sent certified letters to AAA requesting verification of contract, NO REPLY. Neil Pickett stated via phone on June 19 that contract was assigned to Cottrell Transport. Cottrell phoned me 7-03-06 stating he did not have a contract with AAA and wanted $175.00 more. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
