After signing with AAA Automovers to have our Yukon picked up after the 12th of June, I never heard from them again until yesterday, July 10. I called seven times, leaving messages six and getting a person once. No message was returned. Was told all was going great by a very obstinate dude who seemed to think he had done me a favour by answering the phone.. Flew down and drove home June 29. Have yet to see if or how much charge is added to my credit card. I was originally told it would be NO PROBLEM having the truck delivered before the July 1 weekend. Was under contract to them until the 29th of June, they did not even call that day to see if I would like to wait or extend, very poor service. Now I hear from them almost two weeks after the contract date was up and they seem a little put out that the truck is not there for pick up. How long should I wait? Besides, without even a phone call, how was I to know what was going on? There is no point in me phoning them, as calls go unreturned anyway. DISAPPOINTED> Mike c.
