I signed a contract to have my car delivered from Ashland, Or to St.Paul, MN between 10/31/09-11/11/09. After 3 days of not hearing from the company after the contract went through I contacted George Mazzarell who told me he hoped to have the car picked up within 48 hours. I called three more x's over the next 8 days and was told that a driver would call me within 24hours. I never heard from them- not getting email responses when I emailed. I got George on the phone on 11/11 and told him I hadn't heard from anyone and that my car was to be picked up by today. He said he had different days assigned to the pick up. I told him I was holding a signed contract with todays date as the final one. He pulled out the contract and conceded, and said he would check into it- he came back and told me that "the book work had gotten messed up and the computer had changed the days". He said he would contact someone to get the car and take care of it- and put me on hold After waiting 7:21 seconds I hung up and tried back twice- he never picked up his extension (waiting 2:31 and then 4:21). So I called a third time spoke to another employee. I explained the situation - he told me it was a good thing he picked up and not george "cause he wouldn't have taken you off hold to help you" I said, "What! He wouldn't have taken me off hold" to which he responded "Nope, George has no control over it. It is out of his hands since the order was placed. George is a nice guy- but can't do a thing for you." So I said "Well can you help me then?" Telling him that the contract date was up today and the car hadn't been picked up as promised. He asked me why I hadn't called to check in on the car. I told him I had numerous times and that George kept promising that the car would be picked up! To which he responded it was my fault since the recording when I call the company clearly said to push a different extension to talk about an order that had already been placed. I said if that is the case why wouldn't George tell me so and transfer me to someone who could help me- and why would the top of the contract i signed give me George's extension number if he wasn't the person who could help me?! To which he got defensive and reminded me it was still my fault for calling the wrong extension. He refunded my deposit- but was rude. I called back three times to talk with a manager and was not able to get off hold to speak with anyone.

This customer was never charged any money and therefore there was no refund required or given. The remainder of the statements are also incorrect.
