My car never arrived. I called and found out the driver quit and it was abandoned and in a tow yard in another state. When car finally arrived 2 weeks plus late, it had holes in the roof...it was a brand new 2009 BMW. Company then got angry and threatened me when I said I need to file an insurance claim. They had sent me a copy of their insruance certificate with my contract....they were now claiming I had to go after truckers...." they hired" to transport my vehicle. The truckers they hired to transport my car cliamed they are not responsible and AA 's insruance company said they are not covered for this type of damage..............so my question is if their business is transporting vehicles.......and they send customers and state of their web-site with a insurance certificate that if they damage your car during trasport you are covered .......but in fact their own insurance company says they do not cover them for cargo daamge............is this not misleading the public. insurance fraud, deceptive practices............they should be closed down. Only now I see on -line thru rip-off reports etc. that I am not the only one they have defrauded and with a damaged vehicle, They must be stopeed.
