I did, my first time transporting and I was clueless. Use other companies, the popular ones. Companies that don't require the full amount up front. AAA Anytime offers no refunds, ironclad, no way out. Most other companies have never even heard of AAA Anytime! They DO offer a 1-year period to use your transport fee THAT YOU ALREADY PAID! How sketchy is that? Made a DisCard dispute twice and lost. I did not contact them first, they pitched me. Read reviews on BBB, but AAA Anytime is unaccredited . Most of their reviews on this site are glowing, not sure how that works. They did not pick up my car during the ETA period stated on the cantract. Never a call until after the charge was disputed. Coincidental? Ended up hiring someone who WILL get back to you. Google my name if you want further details about this place. Stay away!
