First Chris told me that it is door to door delivery and it guarantee that my car not be damaged it was lie .
Then after couple days driver called me and said that his truck was damaged by another truck and my car was damaged to. I understand that bad things happen . When I called to Chris he did not explain to me what should and what they should do to fix the problem and make their customer happy. Chris gave me phone number of transporter Yelena . She said that I have 2 choices first to wait when my car be fixed and the second they deliver my car to me and then I can choose any service company to fix my car. I chose to deliver my car to me and then fix it here.
After one more day driver called to me and said that he can not deliver my car to the address I gave him because center city does not allow trucks in the city . But Chris did not tell me abound this . I had to take taxi to go outside of the city to take my car. Driver was very polite and he gave me police record and all the documents .
I called Chris to help me fix the problems with my car Because the company guaranteed car delivery with no damage but he did not even try to help me , he just transferred me to the transporter Yelena . Yelena tried to call to the insurance company but there was a problem . And finely she said that I have fix all these problems by myself .
