I was quoted $500.00 from door to door with a $170.00 deposit. When the vehicle arrived, i was told i owed a balance of $500.00. When I contacted the company representative, I was told that I did not read paragraph 13, indicating a broker fee of $170.00, when I called him on his BS, I was THEN told that the $170.00 was a federal charge and there was nothing they could do about it. They then offered to hold my vehicle in storage until I was able to pay the driver. How kind of them? I paid the driver and received my vehicle, but I will NEVER use this company again, nor do I recommend them to ANYONE!
