Horrible!! I called to obtain a quote for RV transport from one campground to another and was provided with one. Then when I couldn't provide a window of at least 3 days for deliver, I was told to add an additional $250.00 to my quote. I explained that my dates are set as this is what was allowed by the campground check in and then politely declined. He then started arguing with me to try to explain why there was an upcharge. I then said no thanks again and hung up. He then called me back and asked for 30 seconds of my time. I told him that it's bad business to argue with a potential customer. He then hung up on me. THEN he sends me a text message that reads "Ur very rude and I hope you get what you deserve miss grand design". I was floored! What type of business does this? A bad one! Don't use these guys! This was the first bad review I have ever written in my entire life, and well deserved in my opinion.
