Hired this company April 27 with a pickup date 5th of May. Once you send your deposit kids it good bye it took over a month to get this place to pick up my boat. And constant nagging and calling when they finally go to pick it up being nearby the pickup is what they wait for they sent us a picture of the deck 13.08 and wanted more then 5k more. Although the size wasn’t there fault creating a wide load we were not happy with increase and wanted to use another transporter. Ben the troll that we communicated said we would receive our deposit back less 200 we agreed to pay driver for time and fuel. After three days of text communication and nothing returned he send me there policy document of which I’ve never seen before or signed with a forged scribble of a signature clearly forged. And a document dated June 9th 2022 that was when document was created. In the policy of course if the wind blows the wrong direction they get to keep your money. Save yourself some money time and effort and do a lot of homework before hiring a transporter we went for the low price and got swindled got no boat and took our money. The bad thing is the forging of the document if we had seen such policy to begin with we wouldn’t have hired them because it’s too much risk there clause has too much variables where you end up with nothing but handing this place free money owner flaunts race cars and all his stuff he has sure off our hard earned money. Also be aware the place does business under many different names AAA logistics is the name of the real company with a list of dbas that was what made me not want to risk further damages with the company and seek transport elsewhere. Warning to shoppers look up a transporters review history and look at the negative reviews these are more then likely the real reviews. If you have a big load be very careful everything is a ok until they get your deposit meaning they will make you feel you’ll be getting your item sure if it’s small no problem but a real company will be able to handle any load this place is nothing but a go between hiring other drivers to pick up your load go with a company who has trucks trailers and there own drivers. Ben is a compulsive liar and promises the world and doesn’t deliver we have no spent more them 10k I’m damaged due to there slow response time picking up boat. They stall you waiting for a delivery near your pick up to make more profit fine and dandy unless you have a timeframe required for pick up how a company gets away with picking up your load whenever they feel like is beyond me. The forged policy letter sent only protects AAA and no one else you are scrwwed based o the policy and they won’t show it to you so that you hire them then later will forge a document saying you signed it to cover the theft of your hard earned money. If you are a victim of fraud from this company file a complaint with FMCSA or file a complaint with bond carrier claims@pfaprotects.com it is clear they have been deceiving people for a long time with all the aliases on sunbiz how a company can operate getting away with it is because no one takes the effort to chase down there deposit. Many complaints filed with this company and there other aliases save yourself money time and aggravation use someone else check sunbiz to see if owner is same owner too still could be AAA logistics your doing biz with you’ll never know until your searching for info to sue them.
