These people submitted a bid that was $150.00 below the lowest competitor. When I called to sign up I was told that everything was fine but they would have to call the dispatcher. A few minutes later another man called who told me that the bid would not be honored because they "forgot" to add their fee. Now the cost was $150.00 higher!I told them that this was a con. They were trying to attract unknowing consumers with a very low bid. They claim to be "transparent"...they are not, they are dishonest. Avoid them!
