The service from Aaall states auto transport rep was great. I was contacted by the dispatcher 1 day after the vehicle was available and was told that the car was going to be picked up by a man named John. I waited all day, spoke to John and he told me he was going to come- he never showed up. Did not hear back from him even though I left messages. On Saturday I received a call from a man named Phil. He said he was going to pick up the car in 10 minutes. I made a mad dash to come home. He loaded the car- was friendly and said he plans to get to California by that wednesday and the car should be delivered by Thursday or Friday. The car was NOT delivered, I called the number they had left me- left a message and the next day they called. They had NOT departed yet since they were picking up more cars. This time it was John that I spoke to. He said Phil has no idea what the heck hes talking about and that the car will get there around Wednesday. It is Thursday and it is still not there. The pick up truck company is called EMPIRE STATE TRANSPORT AND TOWING (DO NOT USE) located in the Bronx. Client beware of false promises. I felt that the agent (Aaall states auto) should have done some follow up on my behalf. I left a message and was never called back. They just collected my deposit and I was on my own to track the driver who had my car and make sure I didn't piss him off until the car was delivered. Moving is difficult enough- this was added aggravation.
