CAR WAS NEVER PICKED UP, THEY NEVER INTENDED TO PICK UP MY CAR, THEY JUST TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT, $100.00 AND NEVER DO ANYTHING. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY, IT IS AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE, MY ASS. PLEASE CHECK WIT THE B B B OF ARDMORE OKLAHOMA, YOU WILL SEE FOR YOURSELF HOW TERRIBLE THIS COMPANY REALLY IS. I DID NOT GET A REFUND AND MY CAR WAS NEVER PICKED UP, PRETTY POOR. THEY OPERATE UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES, PLEASE BE AWARE OF ANY TRANSPORT IN ARDMORE OK, WITH NORMAN FRANKLIN AS A OPERATER, DONT USE DONT USE DONT USE DONT USE DONT USE
