Terrible Experience

I knew I was in trouble when tehy announced that the driver would not be departing on the scheduled date -- no explanation given. I called to check-in on the status of my car every few days and was never given a straight answer as to whether the car was in-transit. The deliver date kept changing. Whatever money I thought I was saving was coompletely eaten up by the extended cost of renting a car. These people do not have a physical address. The number listed on their website is a cell phone. You have absolutely no recourse -- you are basically paying for someone to steal your car. Once they have it you are completely helpless. After a delay of over 10 days (again no explanation for the delay was given) they offered me $50. It cost me $500 extra for the rental car. Do not use these people -- pay the extra money for an actual brink and mortar establishment. These people were very accessible before the car was picked up and very inaccessible thereafter. This outfit is only a half step above towtruck drivers.

Yuck!
