DISGRACEFUL!!!

I contacted a car move through a broker called premium transportation Inc. out of Miami Florida. They employ the services of this company a. D. See. Transportation break out of El Cajon in California.

On the morning of the move the driver did not arrive to pick up my vehicle. When I called him he said that he was told that he could come anytime you want to talk today. That was far from the truth. If you were moving don't you think you would want to know when your car was being picked up?

The car arrived earlier in Texas and I did and so we agreed that the driver could leave the car in the driveway and she sent me a photograph of the car. But the driver failed to realize is that he took a photograph of my car with a flat tire! I contacted him via phone and via text countless times that day and when he finally return my call he said that he was hundreds of miles away and suggested I go put air in my tire. I told him it was completely flat and I could not drive it on it's Brandon. He said he would call me back. He never did.

I contacted the broker that I contracted with, see there were a few under premium auto movers LLC Miami Florida. They refused to give me any information so I have her about filing a claim.

I have no choice but to continue calling the driver and his company. He responded to me once or twice via text message but was refusing to give me any insurance information. Finally a girl from their office called me and left me a very nasty voicemail message stating "so yeah, I hear your complaining. Why are you complaining you just need to put air in your tire. We do not cover your tires under our insurance and so I am not giving you my insurance information because you cannot file a claim. Go put air in your tire. If you are going to keep calling off maybe I can talk to you about giving you some money." That quote is almost verbatim

I am still trying to research their insurance carrier information and in the meantime will continue to let everybody know about the service that these people provide.

I CANNOT URGE YOU ENOUGH TO RESEARCH THE ACTUAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY YOUR BROKER USES. Ask the question, which transportation company will do use to move my car.? If they tell you it is going to be aADZ TRANSPORTATION INC from El Cajon California do not use them. You have hundreds of options available to you why would you choose somebody who would do this to you? They did it to me, so chances are they may do it to you.

If you go onto their website you will see that they have lots of positive reviews, then, look closely, all of those positive reviews are written by the same people.!!!!' All of the reviews are written by brokers that have contacted the services of a ADZ transportation Inc. El Cajon California. I have since learned that in that industry drivers and brokers give each other positive reviews to help them attract more customers.
