I had emailed AFT for a quote like a month or so before. I was still researching on prices & how the transporting of vehicles worked. I was still nervous about the whole process but decided to go with AFT based on reviews here. I had bought a brand new 09 Nissan Murano in Berkeley CA & needed it delivered to Bellingham WA. I'm a Canadian trying to import this car & save some huge amounts of $$$.
So I e-mailed then on Monday, March 24th. The next day Faye calls me & gets me a driver on the same day. The car is picked & then delivered on Thursday. I was so amazed at the speed of all this I barely had time to arrange a day off so I can be there when the car is delivered. I guess I was really lucky with having a driver available just when I wanted it.
The only thing that didn't go right was the fact my cellphone didn't work in Bellingham. So when the driver showed up at the mini-storage (about an hr early) I was at BestBuy killing time waiting for him to call. Anyways the driver dropped my car off & delivered it to the ppl at the storage facility without pay. I arrived about 10 minutes after he left. I signed the paper work he left behind & I left my payment with the storage company. The driver had to come back for it after his other deliveries.
That's my experience & couldn't be any more pleased with the outcome.
