Customer Service, Pride in a Job Still Exist

My son is in the Air Force in Idaho and we were trying to get his truck to him from Georgia. We had set a budget for this and I contacted several companies. Believe it or not, ATL Logistics is the only company that had the decency to contact me, give me a quote (originally 1345.00) and followed up with a call and e-mail. When I explained the quote was a little more than our budget. Faye went to bat for me and got the fee reduced to 1200.00 which is what we had set aside for this. This is an upstanding company who comes through on what they say. In this day and age of dec lining customer service, Faye went above and beyond the call of her job.

The driver called me the day before the delivery to set up a meeting place; he then called me several hours prior to our meeting to give me an anticipated time of arrival to ensure that I would not have to wait. He inspected the truck thoroughly, told me when he anticipated it to be in Idaho and carefully loaded the vehicle. He stayed in contact with me as he travelled his route, as did dispatchers at ATL Logistics. The truck was delivered to my son within the anticipated time of 7-10 days and arrived in the condition in which it left home. After delivery, Andy took the time to e-mail me to tell me the transfer had been made and to thank me for allowing him to drive this vehicle to my son.

Please understand, this driver made very little money with the cost of fuel as high as it is, but he was professional every step of the way. If I ever have to transport any vehicle again or if anyone in my family or any of my friends need vehicle transport, I will definitely recommend ATL Logistics. You deserve the best, and they are it.
