AI Express picked up a Sprinter Cargo Van from dealership on August 18, 2010. Driver/owner of AI Express was paid $900 and cashed the check the next day. The Sprinter was supposed to be delivered to Tennessee. About one week after no delivery, the carrier was called. No response. Had to contact his insurance agent to try and get a hold of carrier. After Finally getting hold of the owner of the AI Express, he stated his truck was hit at a truck stop in Arkansas, but it was being repaired and the Sprinter would be delivered. This is when the stories began and did not stop. When asking the physical address of the truck, this could never be provided!! We finally had to involve the police. AI Express IGNORED the police department's numerous requests for a call. The police then reported the Sprinter stolen! Finally, 28 days after the Sprinter was picked up from us it was returned to us (dealership) instead of being delivered to the buyer. The $900 was NOT refunded. AI Express did not fulfill their agreement and has stolen our money!! BEWARE!
