Friendly but bad Customer Service

Their website states they are open 24 hrs. I was told these people were really good at transporting cars. I sent in 4 quotes earlier in the day and never heard from them.

I clicked on the Live person to talk to them and never got a response back. I called them around 5:00 pm and got a busy signal twice and called back at 5:30 and a lady answered the phone. Got a nice lady telling me that they do service in the area I wanted to have a car picked up but there were no quoters there to give her a price. She said she would have someone call me back as the quoters would be back in the office. It's almost 10:00 pm and I've not heard back from them at all. I bet you I won't either. You would think if they were open 24 hours they would have quoters in the office to tell you the price. That shows me right there I will not use them. Check the www.bbb.com and type in their name. You will see they got 11 complaints in a few months or something like that.

BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU CHOOSE THESE PEOPLE TO HAUL YOUR CAR. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF THEY ARE OPEN 24 hours WHY CAN'T THEY TELL YOU A QUOTE AND WHY CAN'T THEY CALL YOU BACK LIKE THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD? THEY JUST LOST MY TRANSPORT TRANSACTION. I HOPE YOU WILL NOT USE THEM TOO...
