Worst Customer service ever

I recently bought a car and needed it brought to Utah from Florida. When I first called Able Auto they told me it was common for drivers leaving FL to go to UT and they would pick my car up in the next 2 days. A week later nothing had been done. I called 5 times and every time was told a different story. One story being it was rare for drivers to go to Utah and I need to pay more to get it picked up. Everytime they would say they were working on it. Finally I found a transport company who was able to do what they said they would. Once I cancelled with Able Auto they "magically" found a driver for me, go figure. I like to refer to Able Auto as Unable Auto. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
