Able Auto Transport was hired to transport my car. They are a broker and they selected an auto carrier named A.D. Auto Transport to pickup and transport my auto. In route, my car was damaged (scratches) with estimated cost to repair ranging from $529 to $728. The agreement was door to door service with full insurance. Able Auto Transport says they are not liable and I have to go to the carrier to get paid. The carrier won't pay even though they did not identify any scratches on the car when they picked it up. I hired Able Auto Transport for this service and they were responsible to select the carrier. Therefore, it seems they should be responsible to collect from the carrier they hired. Their advertising talks about their 5 star carriers, 99.9% complaint free delivery and how great their customer service is. Why would anyone ever hire Able Auto Transport if they won't back their work and their word.
