This scam company changes its name repeatedly in order to avoid identification. I see that in the Transport Reviews this company is also known as "Quick Transporters". In my dealings with "Tom" the company was called "It's About Logistics, LLC". It is identifiable by the mailing address:
189 Danforth Ave, Jersey City NJ 07305
Although in researching this scam I have seen it as:
289 Danforth Ave, Jersey City NJ 07305
Even with the changing company name, the man behind the scam does not seem to vary his tactics so the stories that victims have related are similar to my own experience. This company will take your money and NEVER show up. After charging my credit card the full amount when he was only supposed to initially charge half of it, suddenly "Tom" was never available. The one time I did manage to talk to him (after he already charged my card) he was extremely aggressive and rude. At that point I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I never heard from "Tom" again.
