I've never had my car shipped across the country before but dealing with this company was nothing short of unprofessional. To begin, I was never able to get a straight answer as to when my car would be picked up. I was told one day and they showed up 5 days later. I was told my car couldn't be picked up that day then I get a call 3 hours later that same day that the driver was 10 min from my house. Upon delivery of the car, the driver showed up 5 hours early then when I couldn't get to the destination in time, the driver left my car at a random garage!! I never received a bill of lading or proof of insurance. Getting any confirmation in writing was impossible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
