I was in tears and almost called the police upon arrival of my vehicle. I was screamed at by the driver and the woman who called me from Advanced Logistics when I noted potential damage to my vehicle upon arrival in California. The woman told me that I had ruined her Friday night because she just had a drink with friends. I remained calm and told her that I was attempting to discuss potential damage with the driver, who spoke very little English, and I wasn't trying to be of any trouble. The woman then sent me pictures of my vehicle that the company had taken prior to picking up my vehicle in Pennsylvania. I agreed with her regarding the damage; this damage must've occurred at an unknown time. My boyfriend had signed off on my vehicle in Pennsylvania because I was already in California when Advanced Logistics picked up my vehicle.

My vehicle was also dropped off at the Target near my hotel. The driver left me there with my rental and my vehicle. I had no way of getting my vehicle from Target back to the hotel.
