contracted to pick up vehicle thru central dispatch for $500 COD. Contract stated vehicle was non- op but rolled and steered. Upon delivery customer was furious because driver asked for $545 AND $20 foklift fee. Customer was overcharged $45 and forced to pay $20 winch fee which was not stipulated in contract. This company obviously doesnt know that if a vehicle is listed as non op, they are responsible for winching. We were willing to eat the $20 forklift fee and asked affirmative to refund the $45 but Catia was beligerent about the issue and we gave up.
