I needed to get our sons vehicle to him in North Carolina from North Texas. Was surprised to find the cost to ship his vehicle was approximately $400 less than driving from Texas to North Carolina, travel cost on the road, and return air fare for myself and my wife. Researched several carriers and settled on Agape. Good ratings on this site as well as a good BBB rating. Contracted for the delivery with Agape on Friday June 29, 2012. I wanted to get the vehicle there as quickly as we could, so we opted for the “expedited shipping” and the estimated pickup date was set for Monday, July 2, 2012.

The driver did not contact me until after 3 pm on Monday and was still in Atlanta, 15 hours away from pickup. Called Agape and expressed my concern that the driver was obviously not going to make pickup on Monday. Agape immediately cancelled the first driver and located a replacement. Since the original driver did not meet the expected pickup date, Agape refunded $100 of my deposit, but increased the amount due the driver from $815 to $915. My net cost did not change.
The new driver called me at approximately 9:30 Tuesday morning and by noon, the vehicle was loaded on his truck. The driver thought he would make delivery late Thursday afternoon on July 5.

Not only did the driver meet his estimated delivery time of my son’s vehicle, but he delivered it directly to my son’s barracks. The driver could not have made the delivery any easier.
Yes, there was an issue with the shipment, but Agape immediately took action to resolve the problem. Even with the one day delay caused by the original driver, the vehicle was still delivered by the original estimated delivery date.
