I initially went with the rock bottom shipping to save money. Brandie did warn me that this option is best if you are not in a rush. I thought it would be okay, but I was in kind of a rush and was feeling very stressed out. Brandie was great! She reassurred me that they were working hard and everything would be okay, but was honest with me, that if I upgraded things would move much faster. Finally I decided to listen to her and upgrade for just $200 more, and it was worth it. I called in the am, and later that day, they had a carrier for me. The car was picked up on a Sunday at 6am in North Carolina and then delivered in New Mexico at 11pm on Monday night. In the future I would definately go right to the priority shipping to save myself the stress. I appreciate Brandie's openess and honesty with me about the process and I would use this company again in the future if need be! (Although the vehicle was picked up 14 days later than my first available date, if I had just gone with the priority from the beginning, then I'm sure it would have been right on time!)
