I placed an order with Agape to pick up my Suburban in NY and deliver it to TN. The quote was in the mid range from all quotes received. Agape took a deposit of $180 at the time the order was placed.I called several times Agape to check when my car would be picked up but got no definite answer only general answers like "usually it is picked up bla bla bla ". When the car was not picked up after 14 days I canceled my order requested my deposit back which was not refunded for another whole week.
I ended up flying out to NY and drove the car home. Stay away from this company and companies who charge a deposit up front. They just waste your time. I got the assumption that this company is a one person operation, probably out to collect deposits to invest the money for at least three weeks. I can only advise not to go with a broker especially not this one and never ever pay a deposit up front.

It rarely happens that we are unable to assign a carrier. Unfortunately, in this situation we had a couple of things working against us, which were the locations, Boston, NY, to East Ridge, TN (rural areas) and the size of the vehicle, a Suburban. Per the terms and conditions we do ask for 14 days to get the vehicle assigned for transport. But unlike most companies, if we are unable to assign a carrier we DO REFUND THE DEPOSIT. Mr. Schultes order was cancelled on Sept. 2nd, a Thursday. Most refunds are usually processed in about 3 business days after cancellation. His refund was processed on Sept. 8th, a Wednesday, after the holiday weekend (we were closed Sept. 4-6). The full deposit was refunded on the 3rd business after he cancelled his order. We regret we were unable to complete the transport for Mr. Schulte and we wish him the very best!
