I paid extra to have Agape give me a smaller pick-up window and they did not disappoint. The process was painless and straight forward. The driver had a little trouble with English and we had some difficulty arranging the pick-up time. When the car arrived, apparently the car above it had an oil/transmission leak and our car was a mess (obviously not Agape's or the driver's fault). Otherwise the car arrived undamaged. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and would use Agape again.
