After reading all of the reviews on auto shipping companies, I was terrified to ship my vehicle.
This whole process was extremely stressful, but I cannot say that based upon the service I recieved. I only say it was stressful because of the terrible reviews I read on every single transport company I looked in to.

So, I chose Agape because it seemed to have good reviews. The bad reviews it had were somewhat lacking in support- or situations that I could be flexible about.

My husband is in the Army and I paid for the Guaranteed Pickup, which means my car would be picked within 48 hrs from my first available date, which was the 2nd of February. I was contacted and told my car would be picked up on the 4th. Starting this process out already at the 48hr mark made me nervous because my husband was graduating Airborne School that day, then we had a flight to Alaska. So I called Agape and told them my concerns.
The driver that was contracted (from MTI) said he could be there between 10 or 11pm the night of the 3rd instead, so I waited up. The weather was really bad and he pulled in to the Wal-mart parking lot at about 12:30am the 4th. We were able to text throughout the whole process though, and he really kept me informed about his status the entire time.

He was polite and drove me to the hotel that I needed to get to. The process was simple and quick. He told me they would drive straight through and try to have the car all the way to WA by Monday the 7th since they had 2 drivers.

I understood that I needed to be as flexible as possible, that the weather was horrible and I researched how the process worked so none of this came to me as a big surprise. My car was very dirty when it arrived, but I did not pay for an enclosed carrier so that is to be expected also.

After all of the horror stories out there, I am pleased to say that I had a great experience with both Agape and MTI. Everything went exactly as described to me in my contract agreement with Agape. Communication was excellent from both, Agape and MTI. Every employee I dealt with in this process was helpful and efficient. I am so relieved, and based on my experience I would recommend these companies.
