This is Rezner Smith with All American Transport, I am writing in response to an email sent to you from Ray Therrien about a vehicle move with me and my company. After about a week of me trying to move a vehicle for him from MN to MA, I told him that I was not going to be able to find a driver for that rout. He told me to put more money on the order and that he understood that it was a difficult rout. We put more money on it and Ray procceded to call me about 9 times in an hour to see if his car was being picked up. I explained to him that I would call him as soon as I found a driver. He became beligerent and told me that i was not doing my job. After calling me names he told me I was just making excuses. I told him that I was going to cancel his contract and wished him best of luck with that attitude with any one else. We did not charge him a dime for the time I put in trying to help him He then sent me an email, calling me all kinds of names and threatening me with violence. Check every review you have ever had on your website. I have never ever had a bad review on your or any website. I have been doing this for 9 months and do a great job with all my customers and do not appreciate a person with anger issues writing these comments about me. If you go on line and check my name, you will see I am highly decorated Army Ranger and don't have time to sit here and defend my self against these bogus accusations
