I sure wish I had read this companies reviews BEFORE I booked with them. I booked in March for a late April shipment of an elderly relative's car. As others have found, they never picked up the vehicle causing a tremendous amount of stress for my family. After repeated calls they told me they had underbid their quote and wanted more money. In spite of my agreement to pay more they still NEVER returned a single phone call nor did they book shipment. I contacted a competitor who promptly made arrangements and picked the car up two days later. Their arguement is how difficult this industry can be and how their quote states they do not have to honor their contract if shipping costs increase. I was not advised of this prior to contract. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with their horribel customer service.
