The sales person agreed to a certain pick-up window, however pick up was not scheduled until 15 days after the date of origin. Although this was within then contract limitations, it was very disappointing since we were leaving the state and had to make arrangements for someone else to handle the pick up. Communication with the main company was disappointing. The representative either gave incorrect information - in terms of the date when the vehicles would be picked up - and failed to follow-up as she said she would. It was very upsetting to have confirmation to leave the state and have to leave our vehicles behind with a third party, not knowing when or if the vehicles would be picked up.
Once the vehicles were picked up, communication with the driver was fine. He was easy to reach and delivered the vehicles within the expected time period. Again, because the original pick-up was late, we had to make other arrangements for delivery, but the driver was able to meet our needs.
