First problem was that the contracted driver had no intention of delivering the vehicles anywhere near the estimated delivery date.
Secondly and worst of all, the inept transport driver didn't lift the gate of the carrier enough to prevent the powered antenna of my 2008 Scion XB from being torn off. This will cost $400 to replace. I will forward a bill to this company and if they are smart, they will pay it.
Customer service was poor; all the way from the rude, pissed off driver to the fast-talking, mumbling customer service representative. They are also not fond of returning calls. They really make you chase them down.
I am very disappointed and would recommend avoiding this company like the plague.
I will be very surprised if those food/gas premiums are even worth the paper they are printed on.
All around bad experience.
