Signed contract to ship vehicle and left deposit by credit card. Pickup was timely about a week later. Another week later when vehicle was to be delivered, also timely, shipper required full payment and knew nothing of my deposit. Attempted to contact company to resolve, but no answer, no call back, put on indefinite hold, sent to voicemail that was full, etc. Shippper tried also with same results. Finally at the end of the day, got through to one of the principals of the compnay who said they would contact the shipper and resolve and call back within 30 minutes. This never took place.

After paying the full amount to the shipper to release vehicle, contacted the company and again talked to Ms Matus who agreed to refund my deposit of $190 and to send email by end of the day detailing same. This never took place either. Left message the next day, but never received call back.

Have filed complaint with BBB and FL State Attorney General Office.
