I would NOT recommend the use of this company for transport. I will give them credit for one thing they did get my truck delivered but the headache of dealing with them personally was not worth it at all. Bryan Miller the salesperson was never to be heard from again after recieving my contract. Leslie arranged the pick up and she was never heard from again. When I say never heard from again, I mean would not answer phone, would not return calls after days of effort.
They offered cash discounts for prompt booking which was false advertising. The quoted price was $850. The price listed on CD was $850. They tried paying the driver only $750. After numerous calls and messages that was corrected. They charged my debit card for a $100 in addition to the total quoted price. I'm now out $950. My banks fraud dept will pursue the damages, and of course they refuse to answer phones and return messages.
Gerdes Transportation Serv. who delivered the truck was awesome, great guy, on time, friendly service. Highly recommended!
As for All Auto Trust Transport, LLC does anyone want to deal with a company that does business in this manner? I don't think so.
