If you ever want to see your cars again.....DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were given 3 vehicles to move to CA....ONE made it there, and of course, not when we agreed or when they said it would. "can't get ahold of the driver/truck broke down/oh, he's in TX getting fixed FOR A WEEK/driver is taking the 'scenic route' and slacking off/can't make him move any faster/sending out a 'rescue truck'/oh this isn't my truck, this is my friend's truck" - THAT'S RIGHT, HE BROKERED THEM OUT - the ususal bull#@$%. Had to track down the other 2 with NUMEROUS phone calls....half of which had to be blocked for anyone to ever answer the phone (but WE were the ones playing games because we blocked our phone # so they would pick up). DO NOT EVER PREPAY THEM TO MOVE YOUR CARS, if you are dumb enough to use them in the first place. We are still trying to get the rest of our money back, after they graciously paid themselves $ 1,000 to move one vehicle over 3 1/2 WEEKS TIME. Finally found out the other 2 were still in Florida....BIG SURPRISE....and STILL had to fight to get them picked back up out of their posession. Sure, they'll be happy to take your money, but not to do the job they contracted for. Needless to say, find yourself another transport company to use, ESPECIALLY one that uses their own trucks....and save yourself the headache and worry.
