was a difficult pick up due to the mental incompentence of a relative who thought he owned the car. Coordination between family members and the transport was critical. The driver met me within 1 mile of the pick up on time exactly. The unit was not operable and pickup was somewhat difficult because of a driveway location. The driver was competent and able to load the unit without a problem. Even though he unhitched his trailer to pull the pickup unit into position, he was "johnny on the spot." The delivery was timely and the driver again went beyond the norm. I am a collector hobbyist and have transported cars from the midwest, west and northeast. This was the smoothest I have experienced.
