From the time my son and I contacted them it was a great experience. There was no "well there may be a charge for this and it might be a little more after we talk to the driver". That's what I dealt with on all the other places I called or my son called. They were very good about talking to my son and Myself. My son was in Colorado and I was in Mississippi and we both knew what was going on at all times. If I was to have to do this again I would definetly use them again. The truck drivers were Aldo very kind and kept me informed. All around great experience, great price and great customer service would recommend them to anyone.
