I had been overwhelmed by transporters calling me, pressuring me, & even calling me names and insulting my intelligence. I not only received the BEST possible price for a load of this size, but the customer service I received was UNSURPASSED!!! James made sure I knew all of the details at all times of the booking process. And my price accurate. The actual transporter that picked up my truck went absolutely above and beyond and my vehicle arrived perfect. I have been working customer service for a top ranked company for several years and can be critical when dealing with people and again EVERYONE and especially James far surpassed my needs and expectations. I will DEFINITELY use ALL ROADS EXPRESS again.
