First, unlike me, ask questions and read the contract very carefully. Second, understand that Steve is a broker. The deposit of $299.00 is a finder's fee and has nothing to do with the quote. My original estimate from Steve was $599.00. I thought the $299.00 deposit would go toward that. WRONG! The date that Steve recommended for pick up was 11/8/17. On 11/7/17, I called Steve to find out about the pick up. He went off on how nothing is definite with dates. He was quite rude. Then after hearing nothing for two days, I called again. I spoke with a female who was much kinder but still no pick up was established. Finally, I get a call where Steve tells me he found a driver who was doing him a favor and the price was now $700.00. Of course this is in addition to the $299.00 we already paid. When I said I would cancel, he said fine but we would not get the $299.00 back. It was just an awful experience. Do your homework everyone. Ask questions and do not make the same mistake I did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
